Detailed Description

The project involved the supply and installation of off-grid solar systems for government teacher houses in rural areas, under the Local Development Fund programme. Fortune CP supplied solar equipment for over 300 houses in the following districts: Machinga, Blantyre, Mwanza, Neno, Thyolo, Mulanje, Dedza, Lilongwe, Chiradzulu, Mzimba,Karonga, Salima, Mchinji, Ntcheu, and Balaka.

Scope of work:

• Engineering – System Design
• Procurement and Delivery
• Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Training
• Maintenance

Equipment includes:

• Over 300 solar systems – complete with Fortune CP solar panels, controllers, inverters, mounting frames
• About 2000 energy saver bulbs with holders, switches, cables
• Installation accessories

Our solar systems are used by prominent companies and organisations such as Government (various ministries), Banks, Oil companies, Factories, Telecom companies, Hotels and others. The systems are used for electricity generation in residential buildings, commercial buildings, telecom BTS towers, rural electrification, schools and hospitals, farms and more.
