Development, BOO + F (Build, Own, Operate plus Finance) 120MW hybrid (50MW Solar + 70MW Hydro) power plant in Guinea. Project includes transmission line and 25-year Power Purchase Agreement.

Scope of work:

Development Stage

• Initial agreement with off-taker – Convention
• Land Acquisition
• Feasibility and grid impact study
• Environmental and Social Impact study
• Power Purchase Agreement
• Project finance

EPC Stage

• Engineering Design, Equipment Selection, Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing, Project supervision
• Procurement and construction of 50MW PV plant, complete with all civil and electrical works
• Procurement and construction of 70MW Hydro power plant, complete with all civil, mechanical and electrical works
• Testing and commissioning, going live

Operation and Maintenance Stage

• System operation including remote monitoring
• Scheduled and breakdown maintenance
